Q: Do I have to be pregnant or planning to get pregnant to train with you?

Of course not! Any age, any goals — I want to work with you!

Q: I just found out I’m pregnant but haven’t exercised in a long time, is it a good idea for me to start training now?

Yes! Your program builds from your current fitness level and will be personalized for your needs.

Q: Do I need a doctor’s consent to train with you?

If you are pregnant, I do require a doctor’s consent prior to our first training session. If you are not pregnant and have no concerning medical conditions, consent is not needed.

Q: How much does a fitness assessment cost?

Your fitness assessment is free. Please fill out a request here.

Q: What if I need to cancel my session?

There is no charge for cancellations that occur at least 24 hours in advance of your session.  Sessions that are cancelled within the 24 window are charged in full, however clients are allowed to make up the session within 7 days based on the trainer’s availability.
